• Submitting the enquiry form, or sending us a message or photographs, is a request for a quote. It does not create a contract and does not commit either of us to anything.
• Any quote we give is based on the information and photographs you provide. If the work turns out to be different once we can see it in person, we will tell you and re-quote before proceeding.
• Quotes are free and carry no obligation on your part.
• Where you go ahead with work, the scope, price and payment terms for that job are agreed separately in writing between us. Those terms, not this page, govern the work.

Availability and response times

We do not operate fixed opening hours. You are welcome to get in touch at any time and we will come back to you. Weekend availability is reserved for emergency call-outs.

The text, layout, logo and photographs of our work on this website belong to EDPAT UK LTD or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy, republish or use our photographs or branding elsewhere without our written permission.
