What we do
EDPAT UK LTD carries out renovations, extensions and general building work for private homeowners. We work with a team, which means we can take on a whole project rather than one trade within it — and we take on small jobs as well as large ones.
Renovation is the core of the business. Everything inside and out: bathrooms, kitchens, tiling, flooring, painting and doors, along with the roofing, patios, driveways, fencing and decking outside. We hand the house over finished, and we'll assemble the furniture too if needed.
Our team brings over 25 years of combined experience in the trade. That experience is the reason we can plan a job properly, sequence the trades, and get to a finish that holds up — rather than leaving the last ten per cent for someone else.
The turnkey approach
Start to finish means exactly that. We handle the strip-out, the structural work, the first fix, the finishes and the decoration, then clean up and hand the property back ready to live in. You deal with one team throughout, and you are not left coordinating separate trades around each other.
We also take on urgent work. Get in touch any time and we'll come back to you. Weekends are kept for emergencies.
Where we work
We are based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire and travel up to 50 miles. That covers Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Hertford, Potters Bar and Stevenage nearby, and stretches to Watford, Luton, Barnet and Enfield. If you are unsure whether we reach you, just ask.
